Please travel safely and if conditions are poor, avoid road travel if possible.
Please also be prepared for the potential of power outages to due to the ice.

In the Event of a Claim

Our agency has multiple redundancies in place to be able to serve you during emergencies, however it is important that you know and are prepared with the following information about your Home, Auto, Business or Farm policy:

• Insurance Company Name
• Policy Number
• Direct Phone Number to File a Claim

Please also consider downloading the insurance company's mobile app so you can file directly with the insurance company. We will be available to answer calls even in the event of a serious storm however, their may be a high call volume to the agency and the insurance company immediately following a storm that causes a large number of claims. This is typical after an ice storm like this.
